How it works
- Charco Cranes Key Account Manager performs an inspection and identifies assets by type, site, location or zone, cost centre or department.
- Service level agreement is presented, concluded and entered in.
- Account is opened in Asset Pool and all assets are loaded per site, zone, etc.
- Service technicians issue a unique QR label per asset
- QR label is scanned with a hand-held smart device and all technical data such as make, model series, lifting capacity, spans, motor /gearbox details, etc. are uploaded into the Asset Pool account in order to capture a permanent record of the current equipment the asset features.
- Detailed inspection surveys/ adjustments are performed and conditions recorded with photographic evidence of critical issues or high-risk conditions.
- The service technician and the customer's responsible person digitally sign the report and it is automatically uploaded and available on the Asset Pool account for immediate attention by the Charco-Cranes team to prepare any further action to address risks such as quotation submission, etc.
- Repairs are performed and digital job reports are allocated to the asset in real time.
- Annual Load Test Certification is also loaded digitally and allocated to the asset in real-time.
- Customers key user/s have full dashboard view as well as individual asset views per asset.
- ISO Audits and inspections by the DoL can be managed effectivelyand efficiently for your entire crane and hoist fleet in matter of minutes.
